Edson S. Lima, a native of Cape Verde Islands, discovered his artistic abilities early on, as a young man growing up in urban Massachusetts, U.S.A. With limited resources, he stood out because of his unique ability to utilize those resources to interpret his surroundings & experiences via his artwork. Recognized early on for his gifts, Edson was the recipient of the Boston Gold Key Art Award, an art scholarship to the Brockton Museum Art School and more.  His natural curiosity and entrepreneurial nature led to experimentation with various mediums, techniques and ventures. In addition to painting, Edson is the owner and principal designer of ESL-Designs, a graphics company established in 2000. Today, Edson S. Lima lives to produce some of the finest pieces of art in the industry.  According to Edson, "Art is his passion, his love, and his life."
